City Hero is an application dedicated to reporting “city life” issues such as inappropriate parking, packs of dogs, open fires, dead animals, full garbage bins. The application consists of three parts – one for the “hero”, one for the services and one for control (two parts require log-in procedure). The part for the hero provides an option to photograph the problem (in this case to attach a photo), to insert the address (and the application will extract the location and date) with an option to choose the municipality and to describe the problem. After the problem is reported to the appropriate municipal service, a message is received to confirm the reported problem. The application could include a tracking option that will allow the hero to track the activities of the municipal services, check the deadlines for solving the problem and evaluate the activities of the municipal services for solving the problem (there could be a blog for comments). The part for the service should allow selection of the appropriate service and to check the reported problems which should be also checked for trustworthiness of the user (to remove false reports and provide average index of trustworthiness for a user). The application should include an option to introduce a deadline for solving the problem and after the activities of the services, to provide an option to attach a photo. The completed evaluation of the hero and the activities of the services should be made public and available for comments. The part for the control provides overview of the average grade of the municipal services and of the comments for each service.
